  • NO GI HELPS IMPROVE YOUR GI GAME

    Beings in no gi you cannot grab clothing, it improves your technique with the gi, presenting new challenges and options.

Gi Class Kids (4-6) - 4:30PM-5:15PM

Gi & belt are required.

Gi Class Kids (7-14) - 5:30pm-7:00pm

Gi & belt are required.

Gi Class Adults All Levels - 7:15pm-9:00pm
